Last week, the Biden administration released the long-awaited U.S. intelligence report finding that Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was almost certainly responsible for ordering the murder of journalist and U.S. resident Jamal Khashoggi at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul in 2018.
