A University of Oregon football player from the Sacramento area has died after being involved in an accident at a popular entertainment district. 22-year-old coach Spencer Webb confirmed with KCRA 3 that he fell and hit his head while diving off a cliff and medics and paramedics were unable to revive him in time for rescue teams to drag him down a steep 100-yard course.
