Chris Reed leaves after five years – The Hollywood Reporter

Saturday Night Live He will be another veteran member of the cast when it premieres in the 48th season.

Chris Reed, who has been with the show since 2017, is leaving. He became the eighth cast member to leave the long-running NBC sketch show before season 48 debuted on October 1.

Redd’s departure follows the departure Eddie Bryant, Pete Davidson, Kate McKinnon, and Kyle Money – They all left at the end of Season 47 in May – and summer exits Alex Moffat, Melissa Villasenor and featured player Aristotle Athari.
