To invite or not to invite – that is the question facing King Charles as it relates Prince Harry And the Meghan Markle Attend his coronation next year… There are many opinions.
Now that the couple’s Netflix doc is out (at least in part), many have wondered what will happen at the King’s big party next spring — namely, will the Duke and Duchess be asked to attend, or on the flip side… have they been told explicitly that they’re not welcome?
Many royal experts have weighed in over the past few days – and the consensus seems to be… depends on what comes out in their series.
To date, there haven’t really been any real bombshell accusations leveled at the royal family that we weren’t already aware of. In the first three episodes of “Harry and Meghan,” the couple mostly recounted how they met and navigated early British press/royal life.
While the first official trailer seemed to promise some harsh criticism of the senior members — including Prince William And Charles – the doctor has been relatively mild lately. The second half, which is set to air December 15th, is sure to feature more incendiary content… namely, after they covered Meghan and Harry’s wedding first dance, which Netflix teased with a new clip.
Now, if Harry and Meghan go into more detail about allegations of racism regarding their son, Archie, it could easily blow their chances of being invited to the coronation in May…which, so far, is already scheduled for the child’s fourth birthday to this date. .
It’s unclear if that was intentional or not, but it sure looks fishy. Anyway, neither party has officially commented on any plans for Harry and Meg to attend or not… but some insiders have claimed that Charles’ wife, CamilaHe wished they were there.
Some in the UK are bluntly saying that Harry and Meghan should screw themselves up before Charles makes a decision… confirming they’ve burned a bridge a lot here. Stay tuned …
