The streets of London will be filled with flag-waving crowds as the parade traditionally moves from Buckingham Palace down the Mall to the Horse Guards Parade.
The royals will ride on horseback and chariots.
The traditional festivities will conclude with a display of the Royal Air Force’s flying past, which was watched by members of the royal family from the balcony of Buckingham Palace.
According to the palace, the band of color has “celebrated the British monarch’s official birthday for more than 260 years.”

The royal celebration is set to take place six weeks after the coronation day of King Charles III on May 6 at Westminster Abbey in London.
On December 3, the royal family announced that King Charles III would be crowned with St. Edward’s Crown during the coronation service.
St Edward’s Crown was made “for King Charles II in 1661” and removed from the Tower of London to allow work to begin before the coronation.
