As ever he fell short in combat, Max Holloway He deals with his loss in a three-way battle Alexander Volkanovsky with the maximum degree.
Holloway suffered a unanimous defeat to Volkanovsky in Saturday’s game at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, as a result of which he lost 0-3 in the triple. The third fight was the least competitive in the series, with “Blessed” caught on its feet in a bloody affair.
Instead of coming down on himself, Holloway raised his opponent. He made his first comments since the fight on Sunday, praising Volkanovsky for his performance and describing “great” as the #1 pound-for-pound fighter in the sport right now (via Twitter):
