Prince William and Kate Middleton were in line for guests to formally congratulate the newlyweds after the ceremony. In a video widely shared on social media, Kate is seen speaking with the Crown Prince, while William speaks to Princess Rajawa. As soon as William finished his conversation, his wife exchanged some hugs and kisses with Rajwa and seemed to compliment her wedding dress.

Then Prince William entered the conversation and was heard softly saying “chop, chop” to his wife. He also told her to “reach” and moved his hand in a circular motion, apparently encouraging her to finish talking.

Prince William was then seen waiting and looking at his wife for a moment before she finished her conversation with the bride. Kate Middleton was seen in a pink long-sleeved maxi dress, which she paired with silver earrings, while Prince William opted for a navy blue suit and light blue tie.

Besides William and Kate, US First Lady Jill Biden, her daughter Ashley Biden, and US climate envoy John Kerry were at the royal wedding where many European royals were present including King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, Denmark’s Crown Prince Frederik, and Crown Prince of Wales. Princess Mary was also present.
