tThe acting world is in mourning following the death of legendary law and order detective John Munch. Richard Belzerwho dressed as one of television’s most revered detectives, passed away last Sunday at the age of 78.
The American actor lived in Beausoleil, in the south of France, and was his cousin Henry WinklerWho reported the sad event.

As The Hollywood Reporter reported, Belzer He never appeared in the cast for his role as Munch in Law & Order, but he was Barry Levinson who, after hearing it on The Howard Stern Show, asked him to come to the studios to read the script for the series.
