Predators sign Nino Niederreiter’s two-year, $8 million contract

NASHVILLE, TN (July 21, 2022) – Nashville Predators’ president of hockey operations/general manager David Boyle announced today that the team has signed a two-year, $8 million contract with Nino Niederretter.

Niederretter, 29 (9/9/92), scored 44 points (24g-20a) in 75 games with the Carolina Hurricanes in 2021-22, his 12th professional season. Niederreiter finished the year as the team’s third leading scorer and had the fifth most points among strikers, for the ninth time to cross the 25-point mark since his NHL debut against Dallas on October 9, 2010.
