Called at 1:51 p.m., the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS) dispatched five firefighters to the scene. When they arrived, rescuers found the victim in cardiopulmonary arrest. The latter was declared dead.
A team from the Mobile Emergency and Resuscitation Service (SMUR) and the Metropolitan Police and Gendarmerie attended.
Minutes later, at 2.14pm, firefighters were called to another stab wound in Maule, on the road to Damencourt. SDIS suspects that the facts are linked.
