Pete Davidson has been charged with reckless driving months after the Beverly Hills crash

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office confirmed Friday that comedian and actor Pete Davidson has been charged with misdemeanor reckless driving months after he crashed into the side of a Beverly Hills home.

The charge stems from a March 4 incident in which Davidson was allegedly driving a Mercedes-Benz at high speed.

Police said at the time he lost control of the vehicle before jumping to the curb, pulling out a fire hydrant and crashing into the side of a house.

Authorities say comedian and actor Pete Davidson was a speeder when he crashed into a Beverly Hills home on March 4, 2023.

Davidson’s girlfriend, actress Chase Sue Wonders, was in the car at the time.

No one was injured in the events.

“We believe Mr. Davidson engaged in reckless driving, which ultimately resulted in him being involved in a serious home collision,” a DA spokesperson told KTLA.

Davidson, 29, is best known for his eight-season stint on “Saturday Night Live.” Sui Wonders, 26, is best known for her role in the Max series “Generation,” as well as her role as Emma in the 2022 horror comedy “Bodies Bodies Bodies,” also featuring Davidson.
